Drink Responsibly
New York State law prohibits the
sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21. This includes
the sale of beer, coolers or any other alcoholic beverage.
At Thrifty Beverage, the only acceptable
form of identification is a valid New York State Driver's license or non-driver
ID issued by New York State.
Thrifty Beverage corporate policies
which reinforces our responsible drinking philosophy include:

Asking the question
of all customers, "Are you over the age of 21?".

Carding/proofing
any customer who appears to be under the age of 30 before initiating the
sale of alcohol.

If a group of
persons attempts to purchase alcohol products, each individual must provide
valid identification verifying they are over the age of 21.
